How do I care for my earrings?
We highly recommend treating all VeeArtsy® pieces the same way as you would a painted canvas.
All earrings are sealed to make them water resistant but are not waterproof. Please do not swim or shower wearing these earrings. Heat may cause earrings to transfer paint if stacked facing each other.

What are your earrings made of?
VeeArtsy® earrings are all hand painted on maple wood with professional acrylics. Post and Hooks are 18k gold plated and nickel-free for sensitive ears.
My store would love to carry VeeArtsy®, do you do wholesale?
Absolutely! If you haven't applied for wholesale and would like to carry our line, please fill out a WHOLESALE APPLICATION – VeeArtsy® for approval.
Once approved, you will be contacted to talk more about our wholesale pricing and policies.
How long does it take for production to get started on my order?
All pieces are made to order so please allow up to 2 weeks to ship. If item is in stock, it will ship within the week order is placed.
I received a damaged package, what can I do?
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at:

within 5 days of delivery date. Please include in the email a photo of the damaged item, your order number and tracking number to help us better serve you. We will reply to you on how we can handle a replacement on the item and the extent of its one-of-a-kind nature as VeeArtsy® strives to make every customer happy.
Can I exchange or return?
We will gladly refund an unworn accessory in the original packaging within 7 days of receiving your package. Once we receive your items, we will issue a refund (less shipping charges). Your refund will be issued in the payment method used on the original purchase. All sale items are FINAL SALE.
